Meat Week at Percy Street is Back! And This Year, We’re “Doubling Down”

MEAT WEEK at Percy Street Barbecue is back Monday April 4th – Sunday April 10th and this year, Percy Street is “doubling down” on Meat Week.

Here’s what that means:

For one week only during Meat Week, which is $45/two guests – Percy Street is offering a “choice of three” from six kinds of smoked meat.  Philadelphians have long requested a “build-your-own” barbecue meal at Percy Street, and Meat Week is Chef Erin’s opportunity to offer just that.  Plus, if guests are a fan of “The Lockhart” on the standard Percy Street menu (see below) – then Meat Week is for you.

**“The Lockhart” is a Percy Street menu staple for two or more guests.  It offers three smoked meats – brisket, chicken & ribs – plus a side of collard greens, burnt end beans, German potato salad, and coleslaw.  The meal is $25/person for a minimum of two guests (for the entire table), and it’s the recommended way for two or more diners to enjoy on a full-on barbecue feast.

Creekstone Farms sliced brisket, Chopped brisket, Ribs, Chicken, Pulled pork, Pork belly

With the following sides:

Collard greens, Burnt end beans, German potato salad, Coleslaw, Martin’s potato rolls (for build-your-own sandwiches)

Price: $45 dinner for two
