What better way to celebrate the biggest, baddest FedNuts yet than by creating your own holiday? Join us for Federal Donuts Day, when we open 701 North 7th St. in Philadelphia’s West Poplar neighborhood. This location is the fourth stand-alone shop from partners Tom Henneman, Bob Logue, Steve Cook, Michael Solomonov and Felicia D’Ambrosio. Designed by Boxwood Architects, the newest FedNuts is 2,000 square feet, seats 40, and even has a parking lot.
FedNuts North will open at 7am on Saturday, June 7 with our cake donuts in both Fancy and Hot Fresh flavors, and custom-roasted drip and cold-brewed coffee by Elixr Coffee Roasters. Fried chicken service begins at 11am, seven days a week.
Exclusively for Federal Donuts Day, we will be offering Hot Donut Ice Cream Bombs in collaboration with Little Baby’s Ice Cream ($5 including tax) as well as Fried Chicken Donut Sandwiches ($6 including tax) from noon to 4pm on Saturday, June 7 only. You can even take a #hotdonuticecreambomb selfie in the PoseyBooth and share it with your friends who are foolishly not in attendance.
Stay tuned for a full menu with new Hot Fresh donut, Fancy donut and fried chicken flavors. Follow us on Facebook at facebook.com/federaldonuts, Twitter at @FederalDonuts and Instagram at @FederalDonuts for daily updates.
Federal Donuts’ other locations include 3428 Sansom St. in West Philly; 1632 Sansom St. in Center City; 1219 S. Second St. in South Philly, and a concession at Citizens Bank Park.
