AVIV, which means “Spring” in Hebrew, offers a dynamic dining experience that blends ancient cooking techniques with the vibrant, modern atmospheres of Miami and Tel Aviv. Opened in March 2025 inside the 1 Hotel South Beach, the AVIV menu is built around Yemenite flatbread rolled by hand to accompany Solomonov’s world-famous hummus, an array of mezze plates that radiate spice, and kebabs grilled to order over charcoal in an open kitchen. Drinks center around easy-drinking, citrus-forward cocktails that evoke a breezy beach feeling, and a wine list featuring wines from Israel, Lebanon, and the wider Eastern Mediterranean.
